Terms of use

The service

MasterCV is a mobile app that tailors your CV and cover letter to a given job posting and exports them as PDFs. It is published by HJDG Company, in Morocco. This website presents it; it does not give access to the product.

Your account

• Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of the associated Google account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• An account is personal. Do not share it.

Your content

Your CV, the job posts you paste and your documents belong to you. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the technical right to store and process them in order to provide the service you asked for.

You warrant that the content you upload is accurate and that you have the right to upload it. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer.

What the AI produces

We guarantee no outcome: not an interview, not a reply, not a hire. No tool can.

Credits and purchases

• AI credits are an internal unit of account with no monetary value. They are not transferable and not refundable for cash.
• A free allowance is granted every week. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play billing. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s rules.
• The price of every action is published in the app and on this site. Any change will be announced before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload another person’s CV or personal data without their consent;
• use the service to produce a document intended to mislead an employer about your actual history;
• attempt to access other people’s accounts, data or our infrastructure;
• automate use of the service, resell it or redistribute it;
• circumvent credit limits or billing mechanisms.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it: an outage may come from maintenance, a provider failure or a network incident. We may change or discontinue features; a significant change will be announced in the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of the acceptable use rules above, having told you first where that is possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Morocco. They do not affect mandatory rights you have in your country of residence. Any question: hjdgcompany@gmail.com.
